Inspect before operation
Check pins, retainers, hoses, fittings and visible welds. Stop operation if you find damage, leakage or loose connections and follow the equipment manual.
Follow the correct lubrication schedule
Use the lubricant type and intervals specified in the attachment manual. Hydraulic breakers and rotating attachments can have different requirements.
Keep a clear service record
Record operating hours, inspections and replacement parts. Use the manufacturer’s service procedure and qualified personnel for hydraulic repairs.
